Return & Refund Policy

At Impolie, we want you to love your order. If something is not right, please review our requirements below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Please ensure your request is submitted within this timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, stains, marks, or damage
  • In original resaleable condition

For hygiene reasons, any item that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, scent, staining, or damage may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted to us first before any item is sent back. Please provide:

  • Order number & Full Name
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

If approved, return instructions will be provided via email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Europe / EU Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Lebanon Orders

Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost (approximately $5) unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Inspection on Return

All returned items are inspected once received. If an item does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or send it back at the customer’s expense.

Note for EU Customers: If an item is handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect the diminished value.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a solution immediately.

7. Refunds & Shipping Charges

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to; an error on our side, a damaged item, or a defective item.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, a return can be processed in line with this policy.
